Work sharing

I found something interesting in my search for my third editorial. I have decided to write about the layoffs that Baldwin Filters and Eaton employees have experienced in the recent months. In figuring out a policy claim, I found what is called work sharing. I just think it's a really cool concept and something all major companies should adopt.
